Overview Territory Sales Manager-Medical Device (Territory Sales Specialist - Tracheostomy) | Atos Medical | Remote - West Coast candidates only. This Territory Sales Specialist - Tracheostomy is responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through selling activities, cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers, product in-services, driving market share and sales growth. The role targets customers by selling and servicing Tracheostomy (Tracoe) products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Business Acumen: Engage targeted accounts, develop and execute a clear plan to meet territory sales objectives. Navigate hospital ordering processes and understand demand patterns relative to product availability. Understand selling to IDNs and GPO affiliations and their impact on the sales process. Drive market share gains in the US tracheostomy business with limited perceived product differentiation. Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory objectives, using sales and marketing data to identify opportunities. Identify customer decision makers (clinical, financial, etc.) and address their issues and opportunities for Atos. Advance sales with targeted accounts toward annual contract commitments; provide input on milestones and document the sales cycle. Understand Financial Business Models and conduct cost/benefit analyses and assess clinical outcomes impact. Selling Skills Demonstrate consultative selling to uncover customer strategy and present value, including financial and clinical impact. Plan monthly/weekly/daily call routines to cover key accounts based on potential and geography. Utilize contracts, marketing directives, sales reports, and educational materials to maximize growth. Be knowledgeable of competitive activity and sales volume in targeted accounts. Relationship Building Retain and grow business by identifying opportunities and formulating sales strategies. Develop long-term relationships to expand product use in current and target accounts. Maintain cross-functional relationships to share knowledge and leverage synergies. Identify key opinion leaders and influencers within hospital systems and regional/national reach. Leverage relationships to drive objectives and expand market awareness for Tracoe while delivering value to customers. Clinical Knowledge and Self Development Demonstrate expert clinical and technical product knowledge and communicate it during sales interactions and in-service settings. Understand competitive activity, market trends, and industry information. Attend industry meetings/events for business development opportunities as required. Administrative Organize and manage information using CRM tools, including opportunity pipeline and activity logging to move opportunities to close. Maintain current records and administrative duties, including sales reporting and expense management.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor\'s Degree required Experience: 3-5+ years of Medical Device Sales Must possess a valid US Driver\'s License and own or lease a late-model automobile suitable for travel; credit rating acceptable for extensive travel Available for national and global travel up to 50% Clear credentialing requirements for healthcare facility access (e.g., Tuberculosis screening, Hepatitis B declaration)
