ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Component modelling (Heat exchanger, Compressor etc) and calibration.
Thermal system modelling to understand energy efficiency of full vehicle level model.
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE
GT Suite software knowledge (3 to 5 years hands on experience)
BEV components and architecture knowledge
Good understanding of heat transfer, controls and vehicle energy management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor / Master's in mechanical engineering or equivalent from a reputed Institution / University
PREFERRED SKILLS
Min 3-5 years of experience in GT-suite software.
Strong Knowledge on the 1D modelling using GT-suite & exposure on automotive domain.
Strong knowledge in modelling and calibrating Heat exchanger (single phase and 2 phase), Chiller, Compressor, Radiator, TXV, 3-way / 4-way valve and pumps.
Perform components level and system level analysis of HVAC and cooling system.
Provide system level and project specific solution for Vehicle Thermal system.
Must have good communication skill and ability to quickly adapt to process.
Flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to change.
Accurate and strong attention to detail.

3 to 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry
