Job Description

Trainer Position

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for training and guiding the sales representatives of the main points of sale (PDV), communicating the current commercial plans and collecting key information about the market to contribute to the growth of the brand and ensuring the correct visibility of the brand.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Comply with the pre-established training plan, training previously scheduled groups, in a face-to-face or online format.
  • Facilitate access to the knowledge of the sales team and the sellers about the current product portfolio, launches, or specific campaigns.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of the training objectives, through differentiated techniques that facilitate learning, and manage conflicts among participants during the training.
  • Actively participate in the massive and strategic events of each country, ensuring the correct representation of the brand, the execution of on-site training, and support to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Technically accompany new employees to facilitate their integration into the function.
  • Act in a consultative manner to facilitate the constant development of the sales team of smartphones and tablets, and to inform and propose actions for the current development needs observed from the PDVs visited.
  • Prepare and analyze progress reports and compliance with the development objectives of the sales team, as well as review, develop and correct learning evaluations.
  • Fill out forms and travel expense reports, and perform administrative tasks.

Client Management

  • Know the main demographic and commercial indicators of your territory.
  • Detect and capture new key clients.
  • Comply with the assigned routine of visits.
  • Ensure the correct attention of the assigned PDVs, including the channeling and resolution of customer complaints and claims.
  • Provide information and resolve doubts about the benefits of the products.
  • Perform dynamics in the PDV, such as demonstrations on screens, experience tests with accessories and promotional material.
  • Implement execution tools correctly in PDV.

Point of Sale Management

  • Verify the correct implementation of the current commercial plans.
  • Communicate new commercial plans, promotions, and launches.
  • Ensure the correct execution of the photo of success in exhibition in the PDV.
  • Place the corresponding merchandising material.
  • Manage the largest exhibition space for the brand within the PDV.
  • Generate exclusive secondary displays for the brand.
  • Ensure the correct maintenance of the materials assigned to the PDV.

Information and Reports Management

  • Collect and report key commercial indicators of the PDV and its territory.
  • Approach the purchase manager of the PDV or Retail to close a Suggested Order.
  • Present results reports in sales meetings.

Position Requirements

Education/Training

  • Studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.

Experience

  • 2 years of experience in sales training of mobile devices or similar positions.
