• Pay: $ 1140.00/weekly \n\t
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks\n\t
• 40 Hour weekly Guarantee\n\t
• Positions Open: 2\n\t
• Evening Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM\n\t
• Rotating Weekends – required\n\t
• EHR: Point Click Care\n\t
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CHF, Renal Disease, Dialysis, Diabetes, Post-surgical (femur fractures, hip fractures, abdominal surgeries, amputations), Dementia, Chronic Wounds, Stroke, UTI\n

\n Requirements: \n\n

\n\t
• Active Unrestricted NC License\n\t
• Must have at least 1 year experience in LTC/SNF\n\t
• BLS via American Heart Association – required \n\t
• Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references\n\t
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Medication administration, Vital sign interpretation\n\t
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: PCC, Tube Feed Administration, IV Medication Administration, Nebulizer Administration\n\t
• Personality Fit: Friendly, able to communicate with coworkers and residents, dependable, accountability\n
