Job Title: Traveling Superintendent - Multifamily Construction
Location: Nationwide (Travel Required)
Salary: $115,000 - $160,000 per year

We have partnered with one of the nation's largest multifamily general contractors to recruit a Traveling Superintendent to join their dynamic team. With an extensive portfolio spanning over 150 US cities, our client is a respected industry leader known for delivering excellence in multifamily construction.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight: Oversee the entire project, managing daily job site activity, tracking plan/project changes, and ensuring efficiency.
2. Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety and OSHA requirements to maintain a secure working environment on-site.
3. Schedule Adherence: Ensure that all milestones and overall schedule completion dates are met without exception, driving project success.
4. Coordination: Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, management, and government entities to facilitate seamless project execution.
5. Client Meetings: Regularly meet with client representatives to discuss project status and address any concerns.
6. Process Administration: Administer specific processes and maintain a positive project culture to enhance overall project performance.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5 years of experience in multifamily construction, demonstrating expertise in various build types, including wood frame, podium, stick build, masonry, etc.
2. Construction Knowledge: A demonstrated understanding of multifamily construction means and methods, with the ability to maintain the flow of progress.
3. Willingness to Travel: This position requires 100% travel, and the candidate should be willing to work in different locations as per project requirements.
4. Work Ethic: Ability and drive to work the hours required to meet deadlines and contribute to project success.

Compensation and Benefits:
