About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating and implementing a comprehensive talent strategy that fosters a work environment where employees are not only attracted to work but also choose to stay. This role is pivotal in the wake of recent large-scale mergers, and the VP of HR will be a key player in ensuring that the company's mission of serving all members is mirrored in the experience of its team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, retention, and benefits design, and will be a passionate advocate for employee experience, including a strong focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Applicants for the VP of HR position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of human resources leadership experience, with a preference for those holding a SHRM/SPHR certification.
