Summary

Join the Icon Real Estate Team as an enthusiastic Remote Listing Specialist and become an integral part of our energetic team. Candidates must possess an active Georgia real estate license.

As a Remote Listing Specialist, you'll enjoy the support of our Sales Team, who will schedule listing appointments directly into your Calendly. Our team consistently secures 63-80 listing appointments weekly. To ensure ample opportunities, we limit our hiring to two specialists per market.

You'll have access to Brivity, a cutting-edge CRM, to help you nurture and expand your business. Additionally, our seasoned Transaction Coordinator will assist with documentation and compliance tasks. Our team operates on an opportunity-driven model, meaning as you grow, we grow with you, providing ongoing opportunities to advance your career as a Realtor.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in advanced remote sales training
• Conduct virtual sales calls with sellers and present offers
• Demonstrate expertise in the sales conversation
• Communicate with a buyer's agent when tasks need to be completed
• Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Overcoming objections by creative problem solving comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
