The State Fund Legal Subrogation Unit is seeking a motivated individual to join an elite legal team. Under the direction and supervision of a Manager I, this individual will identify and protect subrogation rights and to recover funds from responsible parties when possible. This includes reviewing claims and other information to identify possible third party liability, initiating appropriate action to recover funds paid to or on behalf of the workers' compensation claimant, and to protect and pursue any and all credit rights to offset and limit future compensation benefits.
