We are NOW HIRING for an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Lamberton Lake and the Plaza Apartments in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Dayshift hours.

What we are hoping for:

• 3+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in multi-family housing
• HVAC or EPA Certification required
• Drywalling including painting and carpentry
• Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
• Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
• Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
