Under general supervision, responsible for assisting technicians with determining the correct part number(s), locating parts, receiving parts into inventory, distributing parts to customers (both internal and external), proper documentation of all transactions, returning incorrect/defective parts to vendors, inventory control and maintenance, OSHA/EPA compliance, and outstanding customer service. Duties include providing customers with correct parts, locating and receiving shipments, maintaining parts inventory accuracy and neatness, controlling service supplies to minimize waste, allocating parts in the AutoMation system, returning incorrect/defective parts to vendors, meeting OSHA/EPA guidelines, and providing outstanding customer service. Job requires ability to read, interpret and transcribe data, intermediate PC skills with spreadsheet knowledge, ability to work in a high-energy fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, understand numeric filing system, and communicate effectively. Working conditions primarily indoor office environment, may include noisy conditions or inclement weather, walking or standing for extended periods, flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and 12-hour days.
