Our slow fashion brand Somebodée launched just 18 months ago and is already making waves in the fashion industry with innovative designs, as well as being stocked on retail giant Revolve. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our very small team and support our mission of creating stylish, impactful fashion. We are looking to hire someone full time. They must be able to drive themselves to West Hollywood and DTLA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizational Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate returns efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Financial Tracking: Maintain accurate records of stock units, cash flow, and profit margins; assist with budget management.
• Creative Input: Design eye-catching banners and ads using Canva or similar graphic tools to enhance our brand presence.
• Content Creation: Capture and curate engaging content that reflects our brand aesthetic, including photos and social media posts.
• Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support and assist with various projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Can drive.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design software (would be great if you have an experience with Pinterest).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for fashion.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
