At IRBIS, our sales team is not only selling services, they are advising our customers to find comfort, hence the position Comfort Advisor. This position is commission-based and we offer a full-time position with employee benefits such as health insurance, sick pay, holiday pay, and 401K. On the job, we provide a company vehicle and gas card to keep you moving.

• Pass background check

• Performing load calculation
• Providing multiple options for systems
• Educating customers on different equipment
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and IAQ accessories
• Communicate and work with project management team
