Job Description

Spring Property Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized  Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The Maintenance Coordinator will work in-office to manage maintenance requests, prioritize urgent issues, and coordinate with both in-house technicians and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries.
• Evaluate and categorize maintenance requests to determine urgency and the appropriate response (in-house vs. external vendors).
• Schedule and track maintenance work, ensuring timely completion and communication with all parties.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and completed work.
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Schedule work order appointments with residents

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Spanish fluency required due to regular communication with Spanish-speaking clients and vendors.
• 0-2 years of maintenance coordinator experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to assess maintenance issues and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in property management or maintenance coordination is a plus.
