Job Description

The Creative Producer will be at the heart of our content production process, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of visual assets that reflect our brand ethos. From managing photoshoots and videoshoots to collaborating with external vendors and cross-functional teams, you will oversee every aspect of production, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

Content Production

  • Partner with the Art Director, Creative Strategist, and Director of Partnerships to plan and execute photo and video shoots, including pre-production, on-set management, and post-production coordination.
  • Create and manage detailed, supplementary briefs to ensure all projects align with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring deliverables are of the highest quality and meet strategic objectives.
  • Source, recruit, and build relationships with UGC creators, influencers, production houses, creative agencies, and other external partners.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, handling budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision.
  • Establish efficient workflows with external vendors and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) to monitor progress, allocate resources, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, driving collaboration across departments such as partnerships, paid acquisition, editorial, and creative teams.

Strategic Contributions

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure content production aligns with broader campaign strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in content creation, UGC, and health/wellness marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Be able to comprehend creative performance analysis and integrate key insights into the creative production process to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4+ years in a creative production role, preferably in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or health and wellness brand.
  • Proven success in working with UGC creators, production houses, and creative agencies.
  • Hands-on experience managing and producing photo and video shoots at a high standard.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and budget management skills to ensure projects stay on track financially.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com), and content review platforms.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring all projects are flawlessly executed.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
