Job Description

I'm working with a global data and analytics company, looking to add a Scrum Master/Project Manager to their team!

Location: Boca Raton, FL - 1x a month onsite

Contract Duration: 6 months with potential to extend/convert

Pay rate: $55-65/hr

About this role:

• Mentor and train teams on agile, tools and change management best practices implementation
• Coordinate and partner with diverse internal stakeholder groups including early engagement to achieve effective buy-in
• Support cross-functional agile product development teams as they efficiently deliver features and exciting capabilities
• Promote strong collaboration between teams and clear potential blockers
• Work closely with Development Lead and Product Owners to ensure that the teams remain closely synchronized and upcoming features are well planned.
• Identify and escalate timely project risks and issues; make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures

Experience:

• 3-5+ years of proven project leadership, agile mentoring, and change management experience
• Experience leading multiple squads at once
• Leading 2-3 squads in this role
• Jira + Confluence experience
• SDLC knowledge and experience managing web-based application projects with major dependencies
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent professional experience required
• Certified Scrum Master preferred
