We are seeking a skilled and safety- Forklift Operator -Stand up Reach Truck with receiving experience to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation, including forklifts and cranes, and will be responsible for receiving material handling and inventory management within our distribution center. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations in shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.

Duties

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load and unload materials safely.
• Manage inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track product movement.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Assist in order picking and packing for shipping to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly forklifts and cranes.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift.
• Experience in shipping and receiving processes within a distribution center is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
