Maintain, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments to ensure optimal performance. Follow strict aseptic techniques and address any contamination issues. Assist in surgical procedures by anticipating the needs of the surgeon and team. Accurately label, monitor, and handle surgical specimens. Participate in surgical planning, instrument setup, and procedural organization. Operate and troubleshoot complex surgical equipment as needed. Skills You Need Proficiency in sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation. Strong communication and teamwork skills in a high-pressure environment.
