Prokatchers is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York.

Job Description & Requirements

Salary: $2,600.32/week

Medical specialty: Medical Surgical

Standard shift: Days/Nights

Weekly schedule: 3x12

Shift Timings: 06:30 AM to 07:00 PM / 06:30 PM to 07:00 AM.

Floating Required: Yes

Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Unit Specifics: Common Diagnosis - CA diagnosis, Oncology, Hematology, ESRD, Diabetes, GI, Abdominal Pain, Dermatology, General Medicine.

Specialty Equipment- IV pumps, NG tubes, Chest tubes, specialty beds (sand beds).

Required Drips & Medications - Heparin, Lasix and chemo.

Description:
Must live 75 Miles away from facility.
Unit: Oncology, Hematology, Nephrology, Endocrine, GI, Dermatology, and General Medicine.
EPIC EMR required.

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 01-year of experience required.
Oncology Experience is required.

Education:
Required Education:
Associate’s Degree required.

Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
Current NY State RN License and NURSYS Report Licenses verification required.
Current AHA BLS, NIHSS required.
